REMY MA FACING 5 TO 25 YEARS IN PRISON
The verdict is in on the Remy Ma trial, and she has been convicted of four major charges : two counts of first-degree assault, attempted coercion, and criminal possession of a weapon.
These convictions are derived from an event in '07 when Remy was fighting with a friend over $3000 cash stolen out of her purse and shot the friend. Her defense tried to make the shooting appear accidental, but the jury didn't buy the story.
She faces from 5 to 25 years in prison.
